TERMS OF SERVICE

- Please DM me for commissions on Instagram. When messaging me, please include all details of what you want as well as reference photos.
- The finished product will be a rasterized PNG image that I will email to you once final payment is received.
- I accept payment in USD only. I prefer full payment upfront but I also accept at least 50% of the payment. If you want to use PayPal, there will be an additional service fee charge.
- I will send you an initial draft within 1-3 weeks of being commissioned. Once I send you the initial piece, you are allowed a maximum of three revisions for free. After that, I will charge extra.
- Do not remove my watermark or use my art for commercial goods, NFTs, etc. The only exception is for personal use.
- I still claim the rights to the piece, but you can post the commission on social media or use it as a profile picture. Credit is always appreciated!
- Full refunds are only available if I have not started the commission. In the event that the client would like a refund after I have worked on the commission, the client will receive a partial refund under my discretion only based on how much of the commission I have completed.
- If the client has not sent over the partial or full payment after a week of correspondence, they or I have the right to cancel the commission.

Please keep in mind the price may vary depending on how much detail the commission requires. This is just the approximate price and prices are subject to change.
